Today’s strip very accurately reflects my state of mind these days: Not funny – and tired. But at least I have the capacity to self-reflect, so that’s something.
I’ve been running on fumes the last 3-4 weeks trying to finish this book and I’m finally nearing the end. The scary part is that I’m so messed up from lack of sleep, etc. that my hand is shaking lightly, making it difficult to draw straight lines… (<-- Not good)! I've promised myself never to get into this kind of situation every again, but then again, I've made that promise after every book I've done so far.
So currently, I lead a sort of vampiric existence, which I think tomorrow's strip sums up very nicely.
