Who knows?! But they make with the stirring…
I wonder what they saw that both of them could appreciate? Either Bull is just being polite or Cock (and possibly his loins) has a serious issue.
I like how Bull seems to ask the “audience” in panel 3! Also, he can swith the eyebrow that he raises (from p 2 to 3)… I can only do one
It all comes from reading Ken Follett’s “Pillars of the Earth” and “At World’s End”. Great books, but the characters kept feeling stirring in their loins. The first couple of times I was willing to let it slide, but after reading it about 42 times, it frankly got quite a bit weird…

Loins are the things you cover with a cloth…like testicles or ugly people.
I SO wanted to work in “loins” to my comic somehow.. never sure how to do it. Brilliant!

If loins are defined as “naughty bits” then I wouldn’t want them stirred – defined as “moving in a circular motion with a spoon”.
By the way, Cock’s expression in panel 2 is priceless.
